1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Health Check-In (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Health Check-In is a personal wellness tracking application that allows you to log daily check-ins, track medications and supplements, view trends, and optionally generate AI-powered health analyses. The App is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content provided by the App — including AI-generated analysis — is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

4. User Accounts & Data

The App does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. Optional features (AI analysis, cloud backup) may transmit data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain features require a paid upgrade. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Network Excavators or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Apple Health, Health Connect, Fitbit, Oura, Google Drive, Google Gemini AI). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.

8. Product Links

Links to external products or retailers (such as iHerb) are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. We are not affiliated with and receive no compensation from any linked vendor.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Excavators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
