AI Analysis

Let AI find patterns in your check-in data that you might miss on your own.

You're collecting valuable data every time you check in. But patterns that span weeks or months can be hard to spot manually. That's where AI Analysis comes in.

What It Does

AI Analysis reviews your check-in history — scores, reasons, notes, weather, supplements, sleep data, and experiment results — and surfaces observations like:

  • "Your scores tend to be 15% higher on days you note 'walked outside'"
  • "Headache appears most often on days following poor sleep"
  • "Your average score during the magnesium experiment was 12 points higher than baseline"

Privacy-First Design

Your data is sent to the AI model only when you explicitly request an analysis. It is never stored on external servers, used for training, or shared with third parties. The analysis happens, returns results, and the connection closes.

What Data It Sees

When you run an analysis, the AI receives:

  • Check-in scores, timestamps, and reasons
  • Notes you've written
  • Weather conditions at check-in time
  • Active supplements and medications
  • Experiment data (titles, durations, results)
  • Routine structure

It does not receive your name, email, location history, or any identifying information.

Daily Brief

With Pro+AI, you can enable an automatic Daily Brief that appears on your Today screen each morning. It analyzes recent check-ins, sleep data, and experiments to give you a quick snapshot of how things are going — with the option to wait for your sleep data before generating.

AI Export Summaries

When exporting a PDF report, Pro+AI subscribers can include an AI-generated objective summary of the selected period. This clinical-style overview is ideal for sharing with a healthcare provider — it highlights trends and patterns without making recommendations.

Pro+AI Feature

AI Analysis is available with the Pro+AI subscription tier. It's designed for users who have accumulated enough data (typically 2+ weeks of regular check-ins) for the AI to find meaningful patterns.

Not Medical Advice

AI Analysis is a pattern-detection tool, not a doctor. It highlights correlations in your self-reported data — it cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
